We went over to St Mary’s in search of a dusky thrush this morning – unfortunately it had long gone by the time we got there….
Instead we popped into Lower Moors when we came across a few snipe
Impressive tail colours and patterns
Three of the four greenshank on the scrape
Some great light in the harbour
I love the reflections in the water
On the way back to St Agnes we saw MHV Galatea – which is the Trinity House buoy laying and maintenance vessel which was fixing the Bartholomew Buoy
Plenty of spares on the stern!
Back on St Agnes I couldn’t resist photographing yet another black redstart
And for the third night running another spectacular sunset
